Please allow 9-15 business days for production of your items to be completed.

Shipping

7-15 days is our average shipping time. Our maximum delivery period is 25 business days. 

Your package may arrive after the estimated shipping date due to the disruption in shipping caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Delays also should be anticipated during busy seasons such as Cyber Week, Christmas and occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.

Once the package has left our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If you package has been lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. There will be no refunds or replacements sent out until the investigation has been concluded.

We will not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. The issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office. Also, we do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide the correct address. Please double-check to be sure your address is correct.

Duties and Taxes

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Please also note that on some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
